Refund policy

Last updated: 6 August 2026. This policy applies to paid Connect Evo Digital enrollments arranged offline after an inquiry. This website does not process payments.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least seven (7) Hong Kong business days before the cohort start date and you have not downloaded cohort lab datasets.

Timeframe

Partial refunds of 50% may be available if you cancel within the first seven calendar days after cohort start and have completed no more than one live lab. After that window, tuition is non-refundable except where Hong Kong law requires otherwise.

Conditions for full or partial refund

We may offer a full refund if we cancel a cohort or make a material schedule change you cannot accommodate. Credit toward a later cohort may be offered instead when mutually agreed.

Non-refundable items

Third-party exam fees, privately commissioned custom datasets, and completed one-to-one coaching hours are non-refundable once delivered.

Refund process

Email contact@connect-evo.digital with your full name, cohort name, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five Hong Kong business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen (14) Hong Kong business days after approval. Bank processing times may add delay outside our control.

Cancellation by Connect Evo Digital

If we cancel for instructor illness or under-enrollment, you may choose a full refund or transfer to the next equivalent cohort.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits non-excludable rights under Hong Kong law. Fraudulent enrollments or credential sharing may void refund eligibility.
